Design is a subset of communication.
I have over 15 years of experience as an art director, designer and creative lead. I've built brands, packaging, advertising and campaigns — and I make sure the work fits the larger strategy it's meant to serve.
Ideas, then execution.
I've spent my career moving between ideas and execution — figuring out what the message should be, developing the visual concept, designing the work and getting it produced. I'm comfortable leading a project, presenting an idea, working with vendors or mentoring another creative, but I don't need to manage a large department to do my best work.
Give me a problem, a deadline and the opportunity to make something good, and I'm happy.
Leading the work, not just making it.
Throughout my career I've often led projects without being the ongoing manager of the people involved. I establish the creative direction, coordinate contributors and vendors, solve production problems, communicate with stakeholders, and keep the work moving from concept to completion.
- Product launches — coordinated creative development, packaging, production and supporting marketing materials.
- Brand initiatives — established visual direction and coordinated execution across multiple channels.
- Creative production — worked directly with printers, photographers, vendors and outside specialists.
- Onboarding & mentoring — helped newer creative contributors understand workflows, brand standards and project requirements.

From screen to shelf.
I work across the full path a brand actually travels: packaging, print, retail, trade shows, photography, digital and social. That means I'm not only comfortable in Figma — I understand how a brand exists once it leaves the screen and becomes a physical product on a shelf.
